采用不同有机溶剂提取被孢霉中的γ－亚麻酸油脂,结果表明:氯仿－甲醇－正丁醇－水－EDTA(2∶1∶1∶1∶0.1)提取法及乙醇－正己烷两步提取法效果较好,γ－亚麻酸含量分别为5?4％和4.36％,γ－亚麻酸产量分别为15.66和14.87G/KGDCW;用超临界CO2在不同条件下提取,当条件为:99.99％的高纯CO2、较干燥的菌体材料、40℃、CO2密度为0.95G/CM3时,γ－亚麻酸含量达8.2％,γ－亚麻酸产量15.2G/KGDCW.“,”The effect of various organic solvent systems extracting lipid containing γ_linolenic acid from dry fungi body ( Mortierella) is investigated. The results indicate that chloroform_methanol_n_butanol_water_EDTA(2∶1∶1∶1∶0.1) extraction and two_step extraction with ethanol and n_hexane can achieve better lipid yield (29.0%and 34.1%, respectively), GLA content (5 40%and 4.36%, respectively) and GLA yield (15.66 and 14.87 g/kg DC respectively).
