拔柏葛——日立吴工厂(BHK)发展了一种新型的窄坡口惰性气体保护焊工艺,现已在质量较高要求的厚壁压力容器上被采用,并取得显著的效果。目前,在吴工厂厚度超过20毫米(3/4英寸)的对接焊缝,有80%采用此种方法。从1976年7月至1978年2月,用此种焊接方法焊成的焊缝,按焊道总长度来计算已达50公里。
Herbalife - Hitachi Wu Factory (BHK) has developed a new, narrow-groove inert gas shielded welding process that is now being used on thick-walled pressure vessels of higher quality and with significant results. At present, 80% of the butt welds with a thickness of more than 20 mm (3/4 inch) in Wu factory are used in this way. From July 1976 to February 1978, welds welded with this kind of welding method, calculated according to the total weld bead length, reached 50 km.
