为了探讨射线引起胃排空抑制的原因,本工作观察了丙线800拉德照后大鼠整体空胃运动、满胃运动及离体胃窦平滑肌自发收缩活动的动态变化过程。 800拉德照后1/24-3天空胃运动明显减弱,并失去其正常周期性质,部分动物胃收缩完全消失。收缩幅度降至照前的13.3±3.8%~49.8±11.2%(P<0.001);收缩频率在照后1小时为正常的46.1±17.6%(P<0.001),1及3天基本恢复正常。照后5天胃收缩各指标值基本在正常范围内波动。频死大鼠胃呈麻痹状态,胃收缩完全消
In order to investigate the reason why the radiation-induced gastric emptying was inhibited, the dynamic changes of the whole empty stomach, the full stomach and the spontaneous contractions of isolated gastric antrum smooth muscle were observed in this study. After 1 800 days of Radar illumination, the gastric motility in the sky was significantly weakened and its normal cycle was lost, and some of the animal stomach disappeared completely. Shrinkage decreased from 13.3 ± 3.8% to 49.8 ± 11.2% before irradiation (P <0.001). Shrinkage frequency was 46.1 ± 17.6% (P <0.001) at 1 hour after irradiation and returned to normal at 1 and 3 days. According to the photos after 5 days of gastric contraction basically fluctuate within the normal range. Frequent death of the rat stomach was paralyzed, gastric contraction completely eliminated
