矿井用变压器由于巷道条件限制,要求铁心柱截面面积与输出功率进行优化设计。解决该问题的关键是如何得到满足铁心柱截面要求的级数、各级宽度和厚度。为此,在考虑油道散热的情况下,笔者以各级矩形面积总和最大为第一目标函数,并以各个油道间的面积在最小二乘意义下的近似相等为第二目标函数建立了多目标规划模型。结果表明,在铁心外圆公称尺寸为650mm时,最优截面级数为14级,有效面积增加了12%。

The key to solve this problem is how to get the core columns meet the requirements of the series, all levels of width and thickness. For this reason, considering the heat dissipation of the oil passage, the author takes the sum of the rectangular area at all levels as the first objective function and establishes the second objective function by the approximate equality of the area between the oil channels in the least-square sense Multi-objective programming model. The results show that when the nominal size of the iron core is 650mm, the optimal cross-sectional series is 14 and the effective area is increased by 12%.
