报告了高分辨率N型HPGe同轴探测器的研制结果;在固定的离子能量,束流密度和注入角度条件下,研究了探测器外侧P~+N结的反向V—I_L特性与注入剂量的关系。实验结果证明,较高注入剂量可以稳定地得到好的探测器,当注入剂量达到1.8×10~(15)B~+/cm~2时,探测器有接近理想的反向V-I_L特性。作者采用了一种精细的防震封装技术,使探测器具有好的防震性能。探测器NCGL-1和NCGL-2已被成功地用于十口煤田钻井中的中子俘获γ能谱测井,探测器N49TB被用于油田放射性刻度井检测系统。
The results of the research on high-resolution N-type HPGe coaxial detector are reported. Under the conditions of fixed ion energy, beam density and implantation angle, the reverse V-I_L characteristics and the implanted Dose relationship. The experimental results show that the detector can obtain a good detector steadily at higher implantation dose. When the implantation dose reaches 1.8 × 10 ~ (15) B ~ + / cm ~ 2, the detector has nearly ideal reverse V-I_L characteristic. The authors adopted a sophisticated shockproof packaging technology, the detector has good shock resistance. Detectors NCGL-1 and NCGL-2 have been successfully used for neutron capture gamma spectrometry logging in ten coalfield drilling wells. N49TB detector was used in the oilfield calibration system.
