21世纪世界各国的发展与竞争,核心是科学技木,基础是育,关键是人才。一个企业只有拥有一流的人才,才会创造出流的产品。因此,人力资源管理无论是对国家还是企业都越越显得突出和重要。作为港口企业,历来重视人才的使用和理,但在人力资源管理机构设置、员工培圳教育和激励机制方还存在不完善的地方,导致人才流失。以下就改善和加强港企业的人力资源管理谈四点想法。
