再热蒸汽温度直接影响电站的经济性。锅炉的煤质特性、炉膛出口过量空气系数、吹灰效果、主蒸汽温度和炉膛火焰中心高度等因素均对再热蒸汽温度的高低有较大影响。通过对一台 670 t/h锅炉优化运行方式的试验,系统地分析了再热蒸汽温度偏低的原因, 提出了机组的优化运行方式。试验发现: 选用灰分较高、低位发热量较低的煤种, 提高炉膛火焰中心、加大磨煤通风量, 以增加煤粉细度和提高一次风速, 并使上层燃烧器对应的磨煤机出力偏大一些, 优化吹灰方式等均可以提高再热蒸汽温度;当采取炉膛出口氧量维持在 3 10%以上、保证主蒸汽温度在 535℃以上和后屏出口蒸汽温度达到设计值等措施时再热蒸汽温度可以维持在 535℃左右。该试验方法对相关问题的研究具有指导意义。

Coal quality characteristics of the boiler, excess air coefficient at the furnace outlet, soot blowing effect, main steam temperature and hearth height of the furnace hearth all have a great influence on the temperature of the reheat steam.
