今年上半年,我厂在厂、处级干部中,结合深入学习焦裕禄的活动,开展了一场“九十年代干部革命化具体标准讨论”。这场讨论,使许多同志对党的干部的“四化”(革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化)方针,有了比较全面、准确的理解;对新的历史条件下干部革命化的具体标准,有了比较明确的认识。一、怎么认识九十年代干部革命化问题的重要性?对于我们党来说,干部的革命化问题历来是重要的。现在的问题是,怎么认识九十年代干部革命化问题的特殊重要性。通过讨论,我们认为这个特殊重要性主要表现在以下三个方面:
