采用DIL805L型膨胀仪研究了一种汽车前轴用贝氏体型非调质钢的连续冷却相变组织变化规律,分析了合金元素和冷却速度对CCT曲线、相变组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,锰、硅、铬、钒、硼等元素的加入使得贝氏体型非调质钢FAS2225珠光体和贝氏体转变曲线完全分离,可以在较宽的冷却速度范围内得到贝氏体组织,当冷却速度大于0.1℃/s时,均可获得贝氏体组织。随着冷却速度的提高,试验钢的显微硬度增大,当冷却速度为0.1以及2℃/s时,硬度增加的幅度发生明显改变。
A DIL805L dilatometer was used to study the continuous cooling transformation microstructure of bainitic non-quenched and tempered steel for automobile front axle. The effects of alloying elements and cooling rate on CCT curve, phase transformation microstructure and microhardness were analyzed. The results show that the addition of manganese, silicon, chromium, vanadium, boron and other elements makes the bainite non-quenched and tempered steel FAS2225 complete separation of the pearlite and bainite transformation can be obtained within a wide range of cooling rate bainite , When the cooling rate is greater than 0.1 ℃ / s, bainite can be obtained. With the increase of the cooling rate, the microhardness of the test steel increases. When the cooling rate is 0.1 and 2 ℃ / s, the increase of the hardness changes obviously.
