上海复星集团(下称“复星”)的国际化之路始于2009年,当时是一个开始启动国际化投资较好的时期。复星国际化的动因原本是学习,但却在期间走出了一条差异化之路,使复星集团快速发展,并在民企的国际化方面做出了表率。复星集团国际发展部业务发展总监钱庭栀指出,复星成功的一方面得益于其对并购的判断与基因。但更重要的是,复星式整合践行中国动力嫁接全球资源模式,走出一条差异化的并购融合之路则更为关键。
The road to internationalization of Shanghai Fosun Group (hereinafter referred to as “Fosun”) started in 2009 when it was a relatively good period for starting the international investment. Fosun’s motivation for internationalization was originally learning, but during this period it stepped out of a differentiated road to make Fosun Group develop rapidly and set an example in the internationalization of private enterprises. Fosun Group, Director of International Development, Qian Tingzhi, director of business development, pointed out that Fosun’s success stems from its judgment on mergers and acquisitions and genes. But more importantly, it is even more crucial for Fosun to integrate China into an integrated model of global resources and move out of a differentiated merger and acquisition.
