我厂和沈阳自动化研究所密切合作,在“鞍钢宪法”伟大红旗指引下,于一九七四年研制成功GDX—Ⅱ型数字式光电跟踪线切割机。投产使用一年多的实践证明,这台机床控制系统性能良好,运行可靠,机械结构简单,操作维修方便,加工工艺大为简化,较前有极大的优越性。五年多来,在生产使用中遇到问题,领导干部、工人和技术人员三结合认真分析研究,及时解决,并在使用中不断改进,从不间断,坚持使用。几年来为我厂和兄弟单位解决了许多复杂、精密模具、样板及关键产品和关键精密零件的加工,精度能达到图纸要求,光洁度达到▽6。同时,绘制跟踪图简单,容易掌握,生产周期短,深受工人同志的欢迎。
