本文介绍了直动从动杆盘状凸轮廓线的间接检测原理。其基本思想是:不论直动杆是偏置的还是对心的,不论从动杆端部结构是滚子的、尖顶的、还是平底的,一律用现有的按对心原理设计的高精度凸轮检测设备检测,再将测得的从动杆当量位移通过电算换算成反映凸轮廓线形状的真实位移。本文推导出了四套公式(另编制了相应程序),分别用来解决不同条件下测出的当量位移和真实位移的换算问题。这不仅扩大了价值昂贵的现有凸轮检测设备的功能,使之一机多用,而且解决了某些盘状凸轮目前不便或无法检测的问题。
This paper introduces the indirect detection principle of the disc cam profile of the driven follower. The basic idea is: Regardless of whether the direct acting rod is biased or centered, whether the driven rod end structure is roller, spire, or flat, it must be designed with the existing high precision Cam detection equipment testing, and then measure the passive follower equivalent displacement calculated by the computer to reflect the true shape of the cam profile displacement. In this paper, four sets of formulas are deduced (corresponding programs are separately prepared) to solve the conversion of equivalent displacements and real displacements under different conditions respectively. This not only expands the functionality of costly existing cam testing equipment to make it versatile, but also resolves the inconveniences or inability to detect certain disc-shaped cams currently.
