河南省雨情墒情综合分析系统是为了解决河南省防汛抗旱水文业务工作中各级决策部门和决策者能够及时准确地掌握全省雨情和农田旱情现状,提高防汛抗旱决策的科学性和快速反应能力的实际问题而研究开发的。系统使用面向对象的软件工程方法,利用J2EE开发平台,采用SVG技术,实现了以地图信息形式绘制雨量、土壤墒情等值线或等值面。系统把数据库数据的操作、网页发布浏览和浏览器直接生成等值线图等功能融为一体,做到准确性、真实性、美观性与实用性有机的结合,实现了雨情、土壤墒情信息综合分析服务的自动化。
