分析研究了天山北坡山地森林与河川径流关系问题 ,结果表明 :天山北坡山地系统的降水、冰川、森林植被等流域因素在不同空间集水区内的不同组合 ,是决定山地森林与河川径流关系的关键所在 ;天山北坡山地森林与河川径流关系表现出在林率低于 10 %的流域 ,森林具有增加河川年径流量的效应 ;而在林率高于 10 %的流域 ,森林具有减少河川年径流量的效应 ;森林的调蓄功能是以森林分布的规模和森林质量为基础 ,在具有一定森林规模的河流集水区 ,森林质量的高低是决定森林与河川径流关系的重要因素
The relationship between forest and runoff in the mountainous area on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains was analyzed and studied.
