雪花梨果实采后迅速降温至0℃,在0℃下贮藏能延缓果肉褐变的发生。贮藏180天后,其果肉褐变指数仅为缓慢降温果实的23.29%。
Snow pear fruit quickly cooled to 0 ℃ after harvest, storage at 0 ℃ can delay the occurrence of browning of the pulp. After 180 days of storage, the browning index of flesh was only 23.29% of that of slow cooling fruits.
