合理的动态二冷配水能有效地提高铸坯质量,也是连铸过程中重要的控制环节。某钢厂由于过热度控制比较差,导致铸坯表面温度和凝固末端位置变化很大,影响铸坯质量。通过使用“等效拉速”和“凝固模型控制”相结合的方法,调整不同过热度情况下各个冷却分区的水量,保证在稳定的拉速,不同过热度的情况下,铸坯表面温度和凝固末端位置稳定。
