本文应用国产A/B超对200例白内障患者进行人工晶状体植入术前检查,测量限轴,计算人工晶状体的屈光度。随机抽取60例,术后探眼视力≥0.5者占77%。另取60例术前未经A/B超检查者作为对照组,均用+20D人工晶状体(A=118.2)植入,术后裸眼视力≥0.5者占33%,两组有显著性差异。同时也阐述了在应用SRKⅡ公式计算人工晶状体度数时,眼轴与角膜曲率的关系,以及测量眼轴时的注意事项。
In this paper, 200 cases of cataract patients were treated with intraocular lens implantation before surgery by domestic A / B ultrasonography. The limit axis was measured and the refractive power of intraocular lens was calculated. 60 cases were randomly selected, postoperative eye vision ≥ 0.5 accounted for 77%. Another 60 cases without preoperative A / B ultrasonography as a control group, were implanted with +20 D IOL (A = 118.2), postoperative uncorrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 accounted for 33% of the two groups were significant Sex differences. The relationship between axial length and corneal curvature and the considerations when measuring the axial length were also described when using SRKII formula to calculate intraocular lens power.
