我们常州常捷电子有限公司,是由常州市无线电元件二厂、中国电子进出口总公司、香港诚美实业有限公司三方共同投资组建的中外合资企业。现有156名员工,总经理由港方担任,中方出任两名副总经理。党团组织及工会与公司同步组建。公司成立五年多来,党支部能根据合资企业员工的思想特点,精心培育、努力弘扬员工的主人翁精神,使公司经济效益年年以70％的速度递增。同时,精神文明建设也取得了显著成效。
