首次研究了血液、红细胞、白细胞和血清的共振散射光谱 .全血和红细胞均在 310nm、470nm、5 6 0nm、6 0 0nm处产生四个共振散射峰 .白细胞在 310nm、470nm处产生二个共振散射峰 ;血清在 310nm、470nm、6 80nm处产生三个较弱共振散射峰 .全血和红细胞在 417.6nm处有最大吸收峰 ,白细胞在 376 .3nm处有最大吸收峰 .血细胞浓度与共振散射光强度成正比
The resonance scattering spectra of blood, erythrocyte, leukocyte and serum were firstly studied.The whole blood and erythrocytes all produced four resonance scattering peaks at 310nm, 470nm, 560nm and 600nm.The leukocytes produced two resonances at 310nm and 470nm Scattering peak.Several weaker resonance scattering peaks at 310 nm, 470 nm and 6 80 nm were observed in serum.The whole blood and erythrocytes had the maximum absorption at 417.6 nm and the maximum absorption at 376.3 nm.The blood cell concentration and resonance scattering Light intensity is proportional
