目的对出生缺陷的空间分布有一个更好的了解,掌握空间地域中对出生缺陷有较大促进作用的高危因素,为合理干预和预防新生儿出生缺陷提供数据支持。方法将深圳市按经纬度划分为若干网格,统计每个网格的新生儿出生缺陷患病率并与全国水平比较,从而找出网格中的高危环境因素。结果网格技术的应用使得细化环境因素对出生缺陷的影响成为可能,在一个可以实际操作的水平上,提高对疾病空间分布的了解,找出暗藏的危险因素。结论网格分析是将空间划分为小方格,并统计小方格内的患病率,从而把患病率的高低和地理位置、环境结合起来,在新生儿出生缺陷的预警和干预中有很大应用前景。
Objective To better understand the spatial distribution of birth defects and to master the risk factors that greatly promote birth defects in spatial regions and provide data support for reasonable intervention and prevention of birth defects. Methods According to the latitude and longitude of Shenzhen City, the method was divided into several grids, and the prevalence of birth defects in each grid was calculated and compared with the national level to find the high-risk environmental factors in the grid. Results The application of grid technology has made it possible to refine the impact of environmental factors on birth defects, improve understanding of the spatial distribution of diseases and identify hidden risk factors at a practical level. Conclusion Grid analysis is to divide the space into small squares, and statistics the prevalence of small squares, so as to combine the level of prevalence and geographical location and environment, in the early warning and intervention of neonatal birth defects Great application prospects.
