我院自1994年1月至1997年10月共收治前列腺增生症94例,其中手术治疗69例,现就其并发症作一回顾性总结分析,并就其防治措施进行探讨。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组病例年龄46岁～88岁,平均69岁;病程1年～20年。1.2 症状与体征全组病例均有排尿次数增多、排尿费力、尿流变细和尿程缩短的病状。其中排尿困难59例,合并尿潴46例,尿频、尿急、夜尿增多10例,合并血尿22例。肛检:前列腺Ⅰ°肿大者10例,Ⅱ°肿大者52例,Ⅲ°肿大者7例。
Our hospital from January 1994 to October 1997 were treated in 94 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia, of which 69 cases of surgical treatment, are now on its complications for a retrospective analysis, and its prevention and control measures were discussed. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The patients aged 46 to 88 years, mean 69 years; duration of 1 year to 20 years. 1.2 Symptoms and signs All patients have increased urination frequency, urination laborious, urinary flow thinning and shortening of the urinary tract symptoms. Including dysuria in 59 cases, 46 cases of combined urinary retention, urinary frequency, urgency, nocturia increased in 10 cases, 22 cases of hematuria. Anal examination: prostate Ⅰ ° enlargement in 10 cases, Ⅱ ° enlargement in 52 cases, Ⅲ ° enlargement in 7 cases.
