目前国内测量大直径手段依然停留在传统的机械方法上,如大型干分尺、铜带尺和π等、这些方法只能测量IT7、IT8级精度的零件,对于高精度的零件。其尺寸实际上处于无法测量的状态中,而大型关键零件的尺寸精度是保证重大技术装备制造质量的一个重要因素、国外也无现成的仪器出售。因此大直径高精度测量是我国大中型企业许多重大技术装备制造中普遍提出又急需要解决的共性测量技术难题,其中的大直拚测量点的瞄准和定位是国内外都未能很好解决的技术难题,本文提出一种新的大直径两测量点的瞄准定位方法和测量直径原理、可直接应用于大直径现场高精度测量。
At present, the method of measuring large diameter in China still stays on the traditional mechanical methods such as large dry-dipstick, copper tape ruler and π, etc. These methods can only measure IT7, IT8 precision parts, for high-precision parts. Therefore, the large-diameter high-precision measurement of many large and medium-sized enterprises in China many major technical equipment manufacturing and urgent need to be resolved in common measurement of technical problems, including the big straight fight to measure the point of aiming and positioning are not well resolved at home and abroad In this paper, we propose a new method of aiming and locating two points with large diameter and measuring diameter, which can be directly applied to the measurement of large diameter field.
