本文结合了企业社会责任中的多利益相关方理论与管理学中的员工关系理论。前者认为,企业不应只对所有者和股东负责而对立的看待其他各个利益团体,应该考虑与之有关的各个相关方的利益达到双赢局面。而员工关系强调,员工不再是企业的成本负担,而是企业的核心是其重要的资源。两种理论分属不同的体系却又有极大的交集,它们的共同点在于不再把员工与企业对立,而是强调员工是泛企业利益的重要组成部分。所以本文将谈谈它们各自的理论及其相互关系。
This article combines multistakeholder theory in corporate social responsibility with employee relationship theory in management. The former believes that enterprises should not only be responsible to the owners and shareholders but should treat each other interest group oppositively and should consider the interests of the relevant parties concerned to achieve a win-win situation. The employee relationship emphasizes that employees are no longer the cost burden of the enterprise, but the core of the enterprise is its important resources. The two theories belong to different systems but have great intersection. What they all have in common is that they no longer oppose employees to enterprises, but emphasize that employees are an important part of pan-enterprise interests. So this article will talk about their respective theories and their interrelationships.
