报道在含有不同浓度无机硒的液体培养基中培养香菇菌丝体,探讨其耐硒和富硒特性,结果表明:香菇有一定的耐硒能力和很强的富硒能力,深层培养获得的富硒香菇菌丝体其氨基酸含量明显高于对照,多糖含量受添加硒的影响不大,而谷胱甘肽含量随硒添加量的增加而下降
