烟台港是国有大型港口企业,现有各类班组579个,班组管理具有点多线长、地域跨度大、业务性质多样的特点。多年来,烟台港集团高度重视基层基础工作,把班组建设作为“凝心聚力工程”精心打造,确立了由集团党委领导、行政主抓、工会协调、部门联动、职工参与的工作机制。结合港口实际,以“工人先锋号”创建活动为总抓手,以推行班务公开民主管理为突破,激发和凝聚全员参与企业发展的积极性和主动性,增强班组活力,促进企业健康发展。
