The development of the new curriculum reform has aroused a new round of thinking in the education circle and promoted the optimization and improvement of the school education system. As an important carrier of China’s excellent cultural heritage, language contains a wealth of language knowledge and is an important part of the curriculum system in primary schools. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, building an effective Chinese classroom in rural primary schools has drawn people’s attention. Based on the interpretation of the connotation and characteristics of efficient classroom, this paper studies the construction of efficient classroom of Chinese primary school in the context of new curriculum reform.
