为研究瓦斯爆炸冲击波在单向分叉管道内的传播规律,建立瓦斯爆炸试验管道系统,进行瓦斯爆炸试验。根据试验结果,分析单向分岔管道分岔前的超压、分岔角度对管道内冲击波传播的影响。所得研究结论是:管道分叉角度不变时,冲击波超压越大,直线管道超压衰减系数和支线管道超压衰减系数越大。冲击波超压不变时,增大单向分叉管道角度,支线管道冲击波超压衰减系数变大,直线管道衰减冲击波超压系数变小,体现了支线和直线管道内冲击波的分流作用;支线管道的分叉角度越大,对直线管道的分流作用越小。
In order to study the propagation rules of gas explosion shock wave in unidirectional bifurcated pipelines, a gas explosion test pipeline system was established and the gas explosion test was carried out. According to the test results, the influence of overpressure and bifurcation angle before the bifurcation of the unidirectional bifurcation pipe on the shock wave propagation in the pipeline is analyzed. The conclusions obtained are as follows: when the bifurcation angle of the pipe is constant, the overpressure of the shock wave is larger, the attenuation coefficient of the overpressure of the straight pipe and the overpressure attenuation coefficient of the branch pipe are larger. When the overpressure of shock wave is constant, the angle of unidirectional bifurcation pipe is increased, the overpressure attenuation coefficient of shock wave of branch pipeline becomes larger, the overpressure coefficient of shock wave attenuation of straight pipeline becomes smaller, which reflects the shunt effect of shock waves in branch and straight pipeline; The larger the bifurcation angle, the smaller the effect of shunting on the straight pipe.
