一、材料与方法1.试验材料苗种养殖缸采用长115厘米、宽47厘米、高16厘米规格的玻璃缸,缸侧面设排水管,放置于立式铁架上,每个架子共5层,除最顶层外,从下至上放置4个养殖缸,试验养殖室内设6个架子,共放置24个养殖缸。采用PVC管建进水和排水管道系统,且每缸进水处安装阀门,实现单独进出水。设半吨的蓄水桶一个,在蓄水桶进水口处放置过滤棉和磁环进行水体循环过滤,蓄水桶内安装浮阀可自动控制注水工作,安装水泵可抽取桶中的过滤水实现各缸的进水操作(苗种养殖系统结构图见彩中插2)。
