In June 1951, following the fifth campaign of the War to Resist the United States and North Korea, the Chinese People’s Volunteers Army and the Korean People’s Army, in accordance with the instructions of the head of the volunteer army headquarters, jointly set up a special force in preparation for the next counterattack campaign - Alliance guerrilla detachment. At that time, the Chinese People’s Volunteers, 40th Army 118th Division, deputy director Liu Zhenhua was appointed as the commander of the Chinese-DPRK guerrilla detachment (also known as detachment commander), led the formation of the Sino-DPRK guerrilla detachment, and has successively participated in the Weng Peninsula destroy Bandit Fight and West Coast Defense Operations. Due to historical reasons, the formation of the guerrilla detachment of the Chinese-DPRK coalition forces and their fighting situation are still unknown to the people. Recently, we interviewed General Liu Zhenhua, the political commissar of the former Beijing Military Region, and asked him to review the relevant information on the guerrilla detachment of the Sino-DPRK coalition forces.
