我们对16例下壁心肌梗塞患者的右胸导联及抬高的STⅢ/Ⅱ比值进行了观察,结果发现4例下壁梗塞的患者STⅢ↑/Ⅱ↑>1,其V_4R～V_5R出现Q波,ST↑≥0.1mv。符合下壁梗塞合并右心室梗塞的诊断。提示常规 心电图STⅢ↑与Ⅱ↑的比值>1是简单而又重要的诊断依据之一。
We observed the right chest lead and elevated ST III / II ratio in 16 patients with inferior myocardial infarction. The results showed that the ST Ⅲ ↑ / Ⅱ ↑> 1 in 4 patients with inferior wall infarction showed a Q wave in V_4R ~ V_5R , ST ↑ ≥0.1mv. Consistent with the diagnosis of inferior wall infarction combined with right ventricular infarction. Prompt conventional electrocardiogram ST Ⅱ ↑ and Ⅱ ↑ ratio> 1 is one of the simple and important diagnostic basis.
