近几年来,随着生产工艺和防护水平的提高,一些有毒化学物质对人体的危害程度已由高浓度引起的急性或重症中毒转为低浓度引起的轻度中毒或亚临床影响。现用的常规临床检查手段已难以达到早期诊断的目的,迫切需要应用灵敏或特异的诊断方法,使受毒物危害的工人得到早期诊断与早期治疗。大脑诱发电位技术是新兴的神经系统检查方法,它可客观地反映感觉神经系统的功能状况。由于它没有创伤性,可重复检查,国外自七十年代即用于临床并证明它具有早期诊断价值,国内近几年亦开始推广应用。现将大脑诱发电位测定在职业医学中应用的进展作一综述。
In recent years, with the improvement of production technology and protection, the degree of harm to human body caused by some toxic chemicals has been changed from acute or severe poisoning caused by high concentration to mild poisoning or subclinical impact caused by low concentration. Brain evoked potential technology is a new method of neurological examination that objectively reflects the functional status of the sensory nervous system. Because it is not invasive, repeatable examination, foreign since the seventies that is used in clinical and prove that it has early diagnostic value, the domestic also started to promote the application in recent years. The progress of the application of the brain evoked potentials in occupational medicine is reviewed.
