以某水电厂的控制系统为被控对象,采用OFS作为数据采集管理端,应用施耐德的以太网型CPU-M580进行设计,同时使用ERT模块对选择的事件进行时标管理。在整个系统中,PLC作为下位机,负责执行上位机指令,采集和分析系统中各类仪表和机构的状态信息并反馈到上位机。整个系统可用以太网控制连接,实现全厂大环网监控;由于采用模块化设计,开发效率高,界面友好,运行稳定可靠。采用ERT模块和CRA模块作为时标采集源,对关键数据进行监控并打上时间戳,通过OFS采集处理,能更有效地实现事件监控和原因分析,大大提高了现场的问题处理能力和效率。
Taking the control system of a hydropower plant as the controlled object, the OFS is used as the data acquisition management end, and the application is designed by using Schneider Ethernet CPU-M580 and the ERT module is used for time-scale management of the selected events. Throughout the system, PLC as a lower computer, responsible for the implementation of host computer commands, acquisition and analysis of various types of systems and instruments in the state information and feedback to the host computer. The entire system can be Ethernet control connection, the whole plant macrocyclic network monitoring; due to the modular design, development efficiency, friendly interface, stable and reliable operation. The ERT module and the CRA module are used as the time-sampling source. The key data are monitored and time-stamped. Through the OFS collection and processing, event monitoring and reason analysis can be realized more effectively, which greatly improves on-site problem solving capability and efficiency.
