前人研究并使用过粘土单液法和粘土双液法堵剂封堵地层大孔道 ,但未对钙土的二次利用进行研究。在研究钙土活化利用的基础上 ,提出了钙土 聚丙烯酰胺 碳酸钠三液法复合堵剂。主要研究了适用于潍坊钙土的离子交换剂以及钙土转化为钠土对封堵效果的影响。实验结果表明 ,碳酸钠是潍坊钙土较理想的活化剂 ,钙土的活化利用可大大提高其封堵效果 ,并且钙土 聚丙烯酰胺 碳酸钠三液法复合堵剂的封堵效果已为中原油田的矿场试验所证实。图 1表 4参 6(李克华摘 )
Previous studies and the use of clay single-liquid method and clay double-liquid plugging agent blocking large pores of the formation, but did not study the secondary use of calcium. Based on the research on the activation and utilization of calcareous soil, a three-liquid composite plugging agent of calcareous soil polyacrylamide sodium carbonate was proposed. Mainly applied to Weifang calcium ion ion exchange agent and the conversion of calcium to sodium soil blocking effect. The experimental results show that sodium carbonate is an ideal activator of Weifang calcium and clay, activation and utilization of calcium can greatly improve its blocking effect, and the plugging effect of calcium earth polyacrylamide sodium carbonate three-liquid composite plugging agent has been the Central Plains Oil field mine test confirmed.
