我国收入差距尤其是城乡收入差距问题的背后成因与破解路径,学界已经给出了多元的经济解释。本文从资源聚集和偏向的视角,重新解读城乡收入差距扩大的现状及原因,并指出我国城乡收入差距居高不下的主要原因是长期资源聚集产生的存量效应、资源偏向和现行收入分配政策的失效。解决城乡收入差距问题,政府必须着眼于长期性地改善资源分配和集聚模式,积极引导资源和财富由城市向农村的辐射,加大对农村资源政策的各项倾斜。 The income gap in our country is especially the reason behind the income gap between urban and rural areas and the way to solve it. The academic community has already given a pluralistic economic explanation. This paper re-interprets the status quo and causes of the widening income gap between urban and rural areas from the perspective of resource aggregation and bias. It also points out that the main reason for the high income gap between urban and rural areas in China is the stock effect caused by long-term resource accumulation, resource bias and the failure of current income distribution policies . To solve the problem of income gap between urban and rural areas, the government must focus on long-term improvement of the mode of resource allocation and agglomeration, actively guide the radiation of resources and wealth from the cities to the countryside, and increase the inclination toward rural resource policies.
