：采用动物实验的方法观察了加味炙甘草汤（ＪＧＴ） 对放疗小鼠造血祖细胞的影响。结果表明：实验组与对照组放疗小鼠ＣＦＵ－ ＧＭ、ＢＦＵ－ Ｅ集落的产率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。由此证明，ＪＧＴ对放疗所致的机体损伤具有良好的保护和修复作用。
: The effect of Jiawei Zhigancao Decoction (JGT) on the hematopoietic progenitor cells of irradiated mice was observed by animal experiments. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the yield of CFU-GM and BFU-E colonies between the experimental group and the control group (P < 0.01). This proves that JGT has a good protection and repair effect on the body damage caused by radiotherapy.
