研究结果表明,PbSO_4的转化和PbO_2的还原均属二级反应,受混合控制。在试验条件下,脱硫率为99.24%,PbO_2还原率85.22%,还原料铅浸出率>95%,可产出纯度大于99.99%的阴极铅。
The results show that the conversion of PbSO_4 and the reduction of PbO_2 belong to the second order reaction and are controlled by mixing. Under the experimental conditions, the desulfurization rate was 99.24%, the reduction rate of PbO_2 was 85.22%, and the leaching rate of lead in the raw material was more than 95%. Cathode lead with purity higher than 99.99% could be produced.
