用一个自动的光谱辐射校准系统建立新的国家色温度基准。此次建标以黑体为标准，并利用光谱辐射功率测控系统，标定出色温灯相对光谱辐射功率，从而计算出该色温灯的色温度。本文介绍了光谱辐射功率测量与控制系统的软、硬件设计，并给出了测量结果。
Use an automated spectral radiation calibration system to establish a new national color temperature reference. The construction of the standard blackbody as the standard, and the use of spectral radiation power measurement and control system, calibration of the relative temperature spectral light lamp power, to calculate the color temperature lamp color temperature. This paper introduces the design of the software and hardware of spectral radiation power measurement and control system, and gives the measurement results.
