本文简要介绍深圳国际贸易中心大厦的设计方案并对高层主楼(地面以上为44层)结构设计中有关结构体系和计算模型选择、楼板结构选型、桩型选择等三个问题的方案比较和选定作了论述。考虑到建筑物的重要性,选择了三维空间结构模型和转化为等代平面框架的简化模型两种方法对简体结构进行结构分析和综合对比,着重阐述了简化模型的基本假定及其理论依据。另外,简要地叙述了选定的宽梁楼板结构以及基础设计中采用大口径井管浇注混凝土桩(沉箱基础)和一柱一桩的特点。
This article briefly introduces the design of the Shenzhen International Trade Center Building and compares and selects the three issues of structural system and calculation model selection, floor structure selection, and pile type selection in the structural design of the main high-rise main building (44 floors above the ground). Made an argument. Considering the importance of the building, the three-dimensional spatial structure model and the simplified model transformed into the isomorphism plane framework were selected to analyze the structure and comprehensive comparison of the simplified structure. The basic assumptions and the theoretical basis of the simplified model were emphatically expounded. In addition, the characteristics of large-diameter well pipes cast concrete piles (caverb caisson foundations) and pillars and columns are briefly described in the selected wide-beam floor structure and foundation design.
