以熔融ZAlSi7MgA铝合金(ZL101A)基体金属与稀土熔炼后制得稀土铝合金,加入合金增粘剂和发泡剂,制得稀土泡沫铝合金。实验在常压下制得的稀土泡沫铝合金气孔率12 8%~33 5%。
To melt ZAlSi7MgA aluminum alloy (ZL101A) base metal and rare earth smelting rare earth aluminum alloy, adding alloy tackifier and foaming agent, the rare earth foam aluminum alloy. The porosity of rare earth foam aluminum alloy obtained at atmospheric pressure was 12 8% ~ 33 5%.
