利用热常数分析仪Hot Disk测定沥青混合料热常数,通过对热物性参数热传导系数、热扩散系数、体积比热容3个参数对比分析,以此来比较不同级配对沥青混合料热物性参数的影响。在此基础上,以集料粒径分布分形维数D作为表征不同级配特征的参数,建立了热物性参数与粒径分布分维数D的相关关系。结果表明:热传导系数、热扩散系数和体积比热容与粒径分布分形维数D之间存在着较强的线性相关性;粒径分布分形维数D越大,沥青混合料热传导系数和热扩散系数越小,体积比热容越大。
Thermal thermal analyzer was used to measure the thermal constants of asphalt mixtures. The thermal parameters of the asphalt mixture were compared by three parameters: thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and volume specific heat capacity. On this basis, the correlation between the thermophysical parameters and the fractal dimension D of the particle size distribution was established by taking the fractal dimension D of the aggregate size distribution as the parameter to characterize the different gradation characteristics. The results show that there is a strong linear correlation between the thermal conductivity, the thermal diffusivity and the volume specific heat capacity and the fractal dimension D of the particle size distribution. The larger the particle size distribution fractal dimension D is, the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of the asphalt mixture The smaller the volume heat capacity, the greater the volume.
