在深Ⅱ度烫伤8%体表面积的大鼠伤后2、24、48h 腹腔注射去纤维蛋白原剂巴曲酶,观察该酶对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面早期加深是否有缓解作用。结果表明,烫伤大鼠伤后增高的血纤维蛋白原水平降至正常,血和创面内的纤维蛋白(原降解产物与正常一致或高于正常。创面组织标本 Masson 胶原染色显示伤后72h 内的创面加深现象有一定程度的缓解。巴曲酶可通过降解血纤维蛋白原使血液粘稠度降低而改善大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面的微循环损害,缓解创面的早期加深。
