苏联学者彼图什科夫提出并经普洛特尼柯夫修正的“单位静储量法”,自1965年引入我国以来,较少见到成功的应用实例。原因在于该法所依据的基本水文地质论点片面,缺乏理论上的严格性。现就该法存在的主要问题谈谈个人的看法,不妥之处望指正。
