National standards are recognized as a national industry and economic hot spots. In international trade, standards play the role of a country or of the value and credit of a product. Such needs, the standard differences between countries are gradually frequent. Because the standardization of unity means that the process of import and export trade can dominate other countries than the other reasons, all countries in the world are willing to use their own standards. This article explores the beginning of the evolution of the national standard policy and analyzes the divergence of international standards based on the pros and cons of each country.
