[目的]建立一种保存菌种时间长、使用方便,便于基层推扩应用的菌种保藏方法。[方法]于2004年9月,采用明胶片菌种保藏法保存了标准菌种ATCC26003金黄色葡萄球菌和ATCC27853绿脓杆菌。[结果]2005～2009连续5年,通过每年的传代鉴定,菌种的存活率100%且各项生化特性保存完好未发生变异或丢失。达到了预期良好目的,现继续保存观察中。[结论]该方法保存菌种时间长、使用方便又不需要昂贵的仪器设备,是一种特别适用于基层推扩应用的菌种保藏方法。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method of preserving the bacteria which has a long storage time and is easy to use and easy to push and expand. [Method] In September 2004, the standard strain ATCC26003 Staphylococcus aureus and ATCC27853 Pseudomonas aeruginosa were preserved by gelatin bacterial strain preservation method. [Result] The results showed that for 5 years in a row from 2005 to 2009, the annual survival rate was 100% and the biochemical characteristics were well preserved without variation or loss. To achieve the expected good purpose, now continue to save the observation. [Conclusion] This method has the advantages of long storage time, convenient use and no need of expensive instruments and equipment. It is a kind of strain preservation method especially suitable for the application of grass roots extension and expansion.
