针对我国电站锅炉排烟温度普遍偏高的情况,提出采用烟气深度冷却器以回收烟气余热,分析了其实施的可行性.通过建立热力计算分析模型,选取影响传热效果和投资成本的结构参数和运行参数作为分析对象,并以传热系数和折算成本作为设计参考,对烟气深度冷却器的设计参数进行优化.结果表明:选取合理的结构参数和运行参数可以有效地改善传热效果,降低设备投资成本和投资回收年限,保证节能改造的技术经济性.
Aiming at the situation that boiler exhaust temperature is generally high in our country, a flue gas depth cooler is proposed to recover the waste heat of flue gas and the feasibility of its implementation is analyzed. By establishing a thermodynamic calculation and analysis model, the influence of heat transfer and investment cost Structure parameters and operating parameters are taken as the analysis objects, and the design parameters of heat transfer coefficient and conversion cost are used as design references to optimize the design parameters of flue gas depth cooler.The results show that selecting reasonable structural parameters and operating parameters can effectively improve heat transfer Effect, reduce equipment investment costs and investment recovery period, to ensure that the energy-saving technological transformation of economy.
