药物的脂水分配系数的对数(logP)是药物化学家进行定量构效关系(QSAR)研究中的重要参数之一。大量实验证明,正辛醇/水体系是模拟体内疏水性能的良好参考系统。测定logP的经典方法是摇瓶法,记作logP_(oct)。
The log P of the lipid-water partition coefficient of a drug is one of the important parameters of the quantitative QSAR study conducted by the medicinal chemist. Numerous experiments show that n-octanol / water system is a good reference system to simulate the hydrophobic properties in vivo. The classic method for determining logP is the shake flask method, denoted logP oct.
