Real estate plays a vital role in national economy and contributes a lot to social development.However,the rapid progress that has been made brings some problems.such as high price and higk vacacy.This thesis takes Southem District of Qingdao City as an example to illustrate government regulation concerning real estate.and at the end some suggestions are provided.
