人力资源管理作为一门新兴的学科,最近几年得到了前所未有的重视,人才的选、育、用、留、裁等人力资源管理工作已经被很多企业提上战略议程。一方面,整个社会对于专业化的人力资源管理队伍需求越来越大,企业对优秀的HR求贤若渴;另一方面,中国企业的人力资源管理水平却参差不齐,最为先进的管理理念和管理工具与非常传统的、甚至落后的管理思想和管理方法明显并存,HR从业人员的来源也是五花八门,职业能力强弱迥异。于是作为HR工作者,提升自身的专业知识及能力成为一个普遍的诉求,而面对市场上琳琅满目的HR培训和认证,HR工作者必须首先弄清自己需要承担什么样的角色,需要具备怎样的素质,进而才能有效地选择自己职业提升的路径。
