运用DNA图像分析(IAT),核仁组成区嗜银染色技术(AgNOR),增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及Ki-S单克隆抗体免疫组化染色对93例脑膜瘤外科切除标本进行观察。结果显示恶性腋膜瘤(MM)、有复发的良性脑膜瘤(RBM)、有局部浸润的良性脑膜瘤(IBM)增殖能力高于无复发、无浸润的单纯良性脑膜瘤(SBM)(P<0.01),良性脑膜瘤的复发或浸润行为与细胞增殖潜能有关。上述四种方法中Ki-S是一种敏感性较高的简便方法:AgNOR不仅敏感性高,且重复性和稳定性好。结果进一步表明,当AgNOR颗粒数大于或等于2.8时,良性脑膜瘤复发的可能性较大(P<0.05)。
Ninety-three patients with meningioma were observed by DNA image analysis (IAT), AgNOR, PCNA and Ki-S monoclonal antibody immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the proliferative ability of malignant axillary tumor (MM), recurrent benign meningiomas (RBM) and locally infiltrated benign meningioma (IBM) was higher than that of non-recurrent and infiltrating benign meningioma (SBM) (P < 0.01). The recurrence or infiltration of benign meningiomas is related to the cell proliferation potential. Ki-S is a more sensitive and simple method for the above four methods: AgNOR not only has high sensitivity but also good repeatability and stability. The results further show that when the number of AgNOR particles is greater than or equal to 2.8, the possibility of benign meningioma recurrence (P <0.05).
