车辆轮对的磁悬液探伤是利用电磁原理现象对车轴表面和近表面的裂纹进行探伤检查。在探伤前,须使用15/50的A型试片检验确定探伤设备的各部性能、灵敏度,当符合探伤工艺标准、磁痕显示清晰时,车轴探伤的准确率才较高。但实际运用中,经常会出现A型试片磁痕显示不清晰的现象,此时,就有可能发生漏探裂纹的问题,为行车安全埋下隐患。现以哈尔滨铁路科研所生产的HTK—90荧光磁粉探伤机为例,进行其原因分析及处理。

Take Harbin Railway Research Institute HTK-90 fluorescent magnetic particle inspection machine as an example, the reason analysis and processing.
